• Course progress — the lessons and quizzes you complete, so we can save your place across devices.
• Coaching applications — if you apply for 1-on-1 coaching, we collect the information you submit in the form, such as your name, email, trading experience, goals, and preferred session times.
• Payment information — coaching payments are processed by our payment provider (Square). We do not see or store your full card number; we receive only a confirmation of payment and basic order details.
• Usage & device information — automatically, we collect basic analytics such as the pages you visit, the page that referred you, and general device and browser information, to understand how the site is used.

2.Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies:

• Essential login cookie — keeps you securely signed in so you can access the course and tools. The site's logged-in areas do not work without it.
• Analytics cookie — helps us understand aggregate site usage so we can improve the experience.

We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, though blocking the essential cookie will prevent you from logging in.

3.How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide and maintain your account and course progress; review and respond to coaching applications; schedule and deliver coaching sessions; process payments; operate, secure, and improve the site; and communicate with you about your account or a request you've made. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — website hosting and secure data storage.
• Zoom — video meetings for confirmed coaching sessions.
• Square — secure payment processing for coaching purchases.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Night Owl Trading Group or others.

5.Data Retention

We keep your account and course-progress information for as long as your account is active. We keep coaching applications and payment records as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see "Your Privacy Rights" below).

6.Data Security

We protect your information using industry-standard measures, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, hashed passwords, and access controls that limit who can view your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7.Your Privacy Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and to ask us to stop using it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA. Night Owl Trading Group is intended for adults. Our services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
